Herbal Hills Google Ads Reporting Tool

What this application does

The Herbal Hills Google Ads Reporting Tool is an internal application used only by Herbal Hills’ own digital marketing team. It connects to the Google Ads account that Herbal Hills uses to advertise its own website, herbalhillswellness.com, and does not manage or access ad accounts belonging to any other business, client, or third party.

The application pulls Google Ads performance data (impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions) into an internal database, displays it on a private dashboard, and generates written performance summaries and downloadable PDF reports for our marketing team’s internal review.

Why the application requests Google Ads API access

The application requests access to the Google Ads API for two purposes:

• Reporting: to read account, campaign, and ad group performance metrics so our team can monitor how our own advertising is performing over time.
• Automated management: to pause or enable ads, and adjust campaign budgets and keyword bids on our own campaigns, based on performance thresholds our team configures.

No data is shared with, sold to, or accessed by any outside party. Only authorized Herbal Hills employees can access the dashboard and reports produced by this tool.

Who can use this application

Access is restricted to employees of Isha Agro Developers Pvt. Ltd. (Herbal Hills) who are part of our digital marketing team. This is not a public or third-party application, and it is not available for installation or use by anyone outside our organization.

Data handling

Data retrieved from the Google Ads API is stored in Herbal Hills’ own internal, access-controlled database and used solely to generate the reports and automated actions described above. For details on how we handle data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
