Use of the Herbal Hills Name and Logo

The Herbal Hills name and logo are registered trademarks of Herbal Hills Wellness (Isha Agro Developers Pvt. Ltd.) and may not be used on private label or third-party manufactured products unless expressly agreed in writing. Private label partners sell finished products under their own brand name and are not authorized to represent their brand as “Herbal Hills” or to imply direct ownership of Herbal Hills’ trademarks.

Permitted References

Private label and contract manufacturing partners may reference Herbal Hills as their manufacturing partner in supporting documentation (e.g., “Manufactured by Herbal Hills Wellness for [Your Brand]”) where required for regulatory labeling compliance, provided this is factually accurate and does not imply an ownership or franchise relationship beyond the manufacturing agreement in place.

Restrictions

  • The Herbal Hills logo may not be used on packaging, marketing material, or websites without prior written permission.
  • Product names, formulations, and packaging designs developed exclusively for a private label client remain subject to the terms of that client’s manufacturing agreement.
  • Any use of Herbal Hills’ certifications (GMP, ISO, USFDA, EU, Halal, USDA, Onecert, AYUSHEXCIL) in a partner’s own marketing must accurately reflect that these certifications apply to the manufacturing facility, not to the partner’s brand independently.
